Once you reach a Mindshift, it guides you to apply this approach to all your other Mindshift, big and small.

RETURN POLICY
We maintain a professional and customer-focused return policy. Please note the following guidelines:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that remain unopened, with the plastic wrapping intact. This ensures the product's integrity and quality.
- For eligible items, returns or exchanges can be made within 20 days of the shipment date.
- Please be aware that return shipping or postal fees are not covered by us. Customers are responsible for these costs.
- Upon processing a return, we will credit 85% of the original purchase price to your account. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies.
- We recommend using a prepaid, insured, and traceable delivery service for your return. Ensure you obtain a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost items.
- For international returns, please clearly mark the package with “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid it being returned to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds.
